Legalese

Hey there! It’s Gem. Just wanted to take a beat to drop some legal jargon and disclaimers.

I’m not a doctor. I’m not a lawyer. My blog is my take on my life so far. I love to share and give advice, but its all anecdotal, meaning it is stories I am telling that do not count as medical or legal advice. I hope that you enjoy my blog, and if it helps you, even better! But it is mainly to help me.

Privacy Policy

If you want to use something, leave it as it is, and let me know you are using it. Don’t take anything without permission and don’t sell my stuff. All my art is original. My photos are mine. Don’t use my likeness or anyone else’s without explicit permission. You do not have permission to reuse anything on this site without written agreement with me.

I am not responsible for someone stealing and modifying and redistributing my content.

Disclosures

I’m not currently being paid for anything. I would like to be paid though. I’ll update my content when/if I do start getting paid. Any services or businesses are listed because I have had some experience with them. It is my personal experience and part of my story. My experience is not meant to be used as legal, medical, or spiritual advice. This blog is for entertainment purposes only.

Privacy Policy

I am not currently collecting any data. I have asked for an email and name in order to leave a comment to discourage spammers. I may start a mailing list at some point, but as a new blogger, it’s kinda low on the priority list. If you don’t want your data to be kept, let me know and I will delete it (if I am collecting it somehow). As of writing this, I have no intention of collecting anything. This will be updated when/if things change. I also wont sell your data. I don’t know how the web analytics thing works though, so put your data in at your own risk. I’m not using your data for anything. When in doubt, leave it out!

This website is meant to be used by adults ages 18+. Please don’t contact me with personal services or solicitations. There is no affiliation between myself and anyone, unless it is in writing. I don’t collect data at all. Comments made by persons deemed under age 18 will be deleted, unless otherwise specified.

Disclaimer

Just in case you didn’t read it elsewhere, I am not claiming to be an expert in anything. Well, maybe an expert in sexiness. Just kidding.

I am not a doctor. I am not a lawyer. I am not a religious leader or a pharmacist or dentist. I am just a stay-at-home mom, witch, author, poet, and artist. If you decide to follow my recipes or advice, please do so safely, responsibly, and at your own risk. If you have any notion of trying something you read, talk to your doctor. If you need legal advice, talk to a lawyer. All of the information I have is true as of the time of posting to the best of my knowledge. Don’t buy anything without doing research. Don’t use anything without your best judgement. Don’t try anything without talking to your doctor to make sure it is safe for you. Spell work is dangerous. If you decide to attempt to cast, please take appropriate precautions to keep yourself safe. Spell work is up to the caster for desired/undesired consequences or results. My personal grimoire is for my personal knowledge and use. It is public to help the flow of information but is not meant to imply that I have cast every spell in it. Harm none but do as ye will.
